I saw an ad on Craiglslist and responded to their web application site. It is extremely involved and askes for ALOT of personal info. It seems odd that they would want all this info before I even know if i have a job or who they are. Did anyone have any problems like identity theft ?? Or slow pay, no pay?

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!Sunflower is the most unprofessional, disorganized, self absorbed company I have ever encountered. I worked for them, received excellent audits, had no problems at store level. Sunflower suddenly never contacted me for any further contracts. Their management staff in the Upper Midwest area is poorly trained, unprofessional and unresponsive I have ever worked with. IN fact, one Event Facilitator who was promoted to a District Manager had the WORST reviews by Sales Professionals in the area, saying she treated them unprofessionally. Her store was always hard to staff because no one wanted to work in it because of her.

Trust me, you could go work fast food and make more

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR EVER! Disorganized, unprofessional, petty are the BEST things about this company. First, you are paid less than min wage, taxes for IC positions are usually 40% taxes) Midwest Sales professionals are treated with little respect. Sunflower feels they can just keep hiring anyone with a pulse to replace the intelligent people who wont take the company’s abuse

The Account Mgr., Crystal Whitis at Sunflower Staffing contacted me to work as a back up for two of their events but haven’t heard from her since. I have been trying to call her but haven’t heard from her since then. Been working with different agencies for almost 3years now and I can say that they are the worst agency that I have worked so far. I will never work for them again.

I agree. Target gave up the best company out there – Mass Connections – to save money I guess. We all miss them terribly. They were professional ALWAYS, very well orgnized, and one could get assistance if necessary. Sunflower is is disorganized, not professional and if you have a problem at the store they do not help at all.

This company is the worst I have ever seen. They are disorganized, do not care about their people, and give you jobs then take them away without letting you know. Do not understand why Target uses them at all. And, they do not care about their demonstrators at all. They can keep their jobs. Wish Target would wake up and see them for what they are and get in another company. I know here in the midwest they get little respect.

I worked for them a few times and I always got paid. I will admit, they seemed a little unorganized – but my checks always came in the mail.

I was called out of the blue to do a job for them. I did and I still have not been paid. This was over two months ago. I have emailed the contact that asked me to do the job. She said that it was because I did not give them a W-9, which was never explained to me. I sent in the W-9 and still haven’t been paid. They have never asked me to do another job so I am wondering if this is a scam?
