Karma Through a Click – Bloggers Helping Bloggers

For most bloggers, the financial rewards of owning and maintaining their blog usually results in minimal financial gain. Many of us toil away doing research online for our blog postings only to have others harvest the information we provide free of charge. Recently, I have gotten in to the habit of trying to reward the authors of blogs or websites that I garner information from. Let me explain.
While searching for new ways to make money online and create residual income – I visit many blogs. Usually the information that I gain is invaluable so I try to think of a way to thank the author and pass on the “karma” – which I have begun to do. Many of the blogs that I visit have a variety of Google ads in their sidebar or in the body of their text. Upon leaving, I simply browse through all of these ads and I look for something that truly interests me. Then I take some time to click the link and futher investigate what the advertisement is offering.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t just click any random ad to pay back the author for laying out his or her knowledge. But I do find a product or service that I might actually be interested in and I take a moment to check it out. If you too, have gained valuable resources from a blog or wesbite – take a moment to pass on the karma. Visit one of the relevant ads on their website that interests you.
For those blog owners who have blogs in the make money online niche or the residual income niche – if you leave a comment below with a link to your blog or website below and I will take a moment to see if there is anything on your website that interests me. I hope you’ll do the same when you come across blogs that give you some quality information.
Who knows – maybe in the comment section below we can create a “karma list” of folks who will visit each others blogs. You have my word that if you comment below – I will visit your blog!
Happy clicking!

This is a great site! I truly appreciate your ethics and the generousity that you show to other writers.
I am very new at writing hubs and have started a group of hubs that I hope will appeal to young fammilies, elementary teachers and homeschoolers. I have several homeschoolers subscribing to my hubs so far so that is hopeful. I would appreciate any comments/criticism about the hubs or the subject matter.
I write for eHow and have seen my passive income decrease in half. I write for fireHow but it takes a long time to make any money there. My hope is that the hubs will bring in some money. I am now disabled with 2 teens to raise so money is tight.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks Granny! Have you considered writing for textbroker? Look around my blog and you’ll surely find a way to make money online with your writing. I will visit your hubpages! I am sure it is difficult raising those teenagers. I wish you the best.
