Make Money Online Writing for Life123
While I do enjoy choosing my own topics on writing websites like eHow and Bukisa – there are times when I simply want to go onto a website and claim an available title, write an article and get paid. I enjoy working for freelance writing websites that allow you to choose a title from a large pool of available topics. Demand Studios is an example of a freelance writing website that I have made hundreds of dollars in one month by simpy claiming titles that I felt I could complete.
There is an new writing website that I have recently discovered called Life123. Just like with Demand Studios, you can sign up for Life123 and simply go onto their website and claim the titles that you want to write. Life123 offers payment of up to $20 per article and the sign up process is rather simple. If you currently write for Demand Studios, then you should have no problem getting accepted by Life123. I’d say that their standards are slightly below what Demand Studios expects from it’s writers.
The major difference between Demand Studios and Life123 is the fact that in order to optimize the amount of pay you recieve from Life123 – you’ll have to attract unique visitors to your articles. The payment breakdown is as follow; $5 for the first 50 unique visitors to your article, $5 for the next 500 unique visitors and $10 for 500 more visitors. Obviously, if you want to get the most traffic to your Life 123 articles you will have to write with SEO in mind. In order to earn the full $20 per article, you will have to get a total of 1,050 visitors within 18 months of publication. After 18 months your Life123 articles are no longer eligible to make money online.
Life123 has a teired membership system that dictates how many articles you will be able to submit each month. At first, you will only be allowed to submit 10 articles per month. Once you have submitted 10 articles and you have at least 500 unique page views – you will gain “writer” status on Life123 and you will then be able to submit up to 40 articles per month. The highest level is “expert” and you have to have at least 25 articles and 2,500 unique page views to gain this status. Experts can submit up to 150 articles per month.
At the time of this blog posting, Life123 has a pretty good amount of claimable titles. There are available topics ranging from beauty to health care, relationships, technology, food, holidays, home and garden careers and many more. If you are a writer that is earning a decent paycheck on Life123, I’d love to hear about your success in the comment section below.

So far so good with life123. I just started submitting to them seriously this month and have so far made $15. I have 11 articles in the system. I plan on maxing out my submission limit each month so I can maximize earnings.
Hi Katherine, that’s a pretty good start. Hopefully those same 11 articles will earn $15 (or more) every month from now on! What sort of topics have you been focusing on? Are you targeting certain SEO terms? Do you create any backlinks to your Life123 articles? Keep us updated on your Life123 earnings!

You have to be passionate to write a lot. I used to write a lot for Ezinearticles, and gave up because I got so burned out and got bored from writing so much.

You can’t write for Life123 anymore – they just shut down their compensation program.
At least, as far as I know. I was writing with them for a while and enjoyed writing for Life123 a lot.
Bummer.
That’s too bad! I just went to their website and this looks like a permanent decision by the folks at Life123. This is the information that they have posted on thier writer’s compensation webpage:
