We've started to establish deals with brokers to offer to our premium members site in the $10K - $800K range that aren't publicly available, but I guess anything over that needs to be handled by a dedicated team. The big boys don't come out to play on Flippa and I prefer building for the big boys. i.e. right now I'm working on a six figure sale (hoping for 200k) and I got web site brokers / investment bankers involved because they know where to find the money to buy.
